How to enable Telnet in Windows7 or Windows Vista

In my XP before. telnet was enabled by default. However Windows 7 and Vista is not. :(

Here's how.
-> Start
-> Control Panel
-> Programs And Features
-> Turn Windows features on or off
-> Check Telnet Client

-> Hit OK
